Under 16s must have an adult on the team.
Children who can think outside the box can participate and enjoy the game.

Is the game scary?
No it is not fear based, it is more orientated around tasks, logic and puzzles.

Will there be other bookings in the room with us?
No, you will have exclusive use of the escape room for your booking.

Accessibility and special requirements
The game is focused on finding clues and solving puzzles. There are two steps down to the room, a ramp is available if required. There is room for wheelchairs but unfortunately not for mobility scooters. Please let us know in advance if you are in a wheelchair as the room can be arranged for greater accessibility.

What happens if you are running late
Please ring and let us know, if we are fully booked your game cannot be delayed as it will need to finish in time for the next group. Therefore please aim to arrive to allow enough time to have a quick briefing, use the toilet facilities and park before (15 minutes).

How tricky is the game?
You will need to be able to follow clues, work as a team and be enthusiastic. We will give you hints if you feel stuck.
